CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) member and completing the last required course to obtain the official CCIM designation.
He is also a Foreclosure Specialist and an INDYMAC BANK agent of choice for the North Texas area REO foreclosure sales, a Century 21 company “A Team Member” for CARTUS referrals and he has been the

Sarah Anderson is a highly skilled technical person and obtained her degree in Business Management. Sarah has over 12 years of experience in office management and is a perfectionist when it comes to organizing and planning. She has lived in the North Texas area for over 14 years and speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently. Sarah achieved her Real Estate license in 2003 and has attained the ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep) designation. Curt and Sarah's skills compliment each other’s extremely well to allow them to provide the maximum service to their clients.

Cassie Smith is a Real Estate Licensed Assistant, Accrediated Buyers Represenative and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications as well. Cassie is a member at Westside Baptist Church, where she is active in several ministries. She is a wife and mother of two sons and is a member of Jack and Jill of America, North Texas Chapter. Cassie manages the day to day business aspects of Marketing, working with Title companies, coordinating Seller and Buyer activities and all the office duties associated with Real Estate.
Rajshad Anderson earned his Bachelors Degree and was a former guard that graduated with honors from Adam State College in Alamosa, Colorado. He majored in Excersie Physiology and minored in Business Administration, also earning an Associates Degree in Chemistry. He later earned his ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative designation and now lives and specializes in the Downtown Dallas area condo market. Shad previously has worked in management and as a Insurance Adjuster. He possesses tremendous energy and a burning passion when it comes to his job as a Real Estate Professional. Rajshad, currently heads the organization of our buyers and renters throughout the metroplex.
